FROM CFO TO CHIEF VALUE OFFICER
Finance is the foundation. Value is the destination.
Over the course of my career, the CFO role has progressively evolved from financial stewardship into a broader responsibility for enterprise value.
Today, I operate across finance, strategy, M&A, transformation and governance, connecting shareholder expectations with the decisions and execution required inside the business.
I see the Chief Value Officer as the natural evolution of this journey: an executive operating between investors and corporate leadership, bringing together financial discipline, strategic judgment and execution around one common objective — sustainable enterprise value creation.
HOW I CREATE VALUE
Three dimensions. One integrated view.
VALUE GENERATION
Building a better business
Strategy · Growth · Transformation · AI & Technology · Operating Model · Performance
VALUE CAPTURE
Turning progress into financial outcomes
EBITDA · Cash Flow · ROIC · Capital Allocation · M&A · Financing
VALUE RECOGNITION
Making value visible, resilient and investable
Quality of Earnings · Recurring Revenue · Scalability · Resilience · Governance · Multiple
The objective is not simply to improve performance. It is to understand how every meaningful decision ultimately affects enterprise value.
INVESTORS AND CORPORATIONS
Two perspectives. One value agenda.
INVESTOR PERSPECTIVE
Investment Thesis · Value Creation Plan · Capital Allocation · Governance · Multiple & Exit
CONNECTING ROLE
Chief Value Officer
Judgment · Decisions · Execution
CORPORATE PERSPECTIVE
Strategy · Organization · Operations · Transformation · Financial Performance
Connecting what investors expect with what organizations must actually do to deliver it.
EXPERIENCE BUILT THROUGH TRANSFORMATION
Different contexts. One recurring challenge: creating value through change.
Leading Finance and Governance while supporting value creation within complex organizations operating through institutional ownership cycles.
Connecting investment rationale, transaction execution, financing and post-acquisition integration to the realization of value.
Evolving Finance beyond accounting and control into performance management, decision support and strategic partnership.
Connecting strategy, technology, organization and economics to redesign how businesses compete and create value.
Supporting international expansion, new corporate structures and business models across different markets and operating environments.
AI, JUDGMENT & VALUE NAVIGATION
AI changes the economics of decision-making. It does not eliminate judgment.
AI is changing how organizations sense markets, generate insight, evaluate alternatives and execute decisions. But technology alone does not create value.
I believe the emerging competitive advantage lies in the ability to combine machine intelligence, proprietary knowledge and human judgment within better decision systems.
The Value Navigation System is an evolving executive framework designed to connect strategy, decisions, operational drivers, financial outcomes and enterprise value within one continuous management cycle.
SENSE → CHOOSE → DECIDE → EXECUTE → MEASURE → LEARN

AI and the New Economics of Value Creation
Why AI transformation should start from the value thesis, not from technology.
Value is ultimately the outcome of better decisions.
Strategy defines the ambition. Execution creates the evidence. Judgment connects the two.
